Services
TrustedTalk Pod provides professional podcast production, hosting, marketing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your podcast content. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, distribute, and promote your content as necessary to provide our services.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Limitation of Liability
TrustedTalk Pod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive copies of your content and data.
